1 Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable Bonus Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and m71a8 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your m71a8 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. m71a8 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure your account upon receipt of such notification.

3.3 KYC Verification

Any suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen payment credentials will result in immediate account suspension, reporting to relevant authorities, and forfeiture of all associated funds.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

m71a8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, and expiry conditions that are stated individually for each offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that offer in addition to these general Terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit via bKash or Nagad are eligible for the m71a8 Welcome Bonus of 100% up to ৳20,000. The Welcome Bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The Welcome Bonus must be claimed within 7 days of first deposit and wagered within 30 days of credit, or it will be forfeited.

5.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Only one active bonus may be held on your account at a time.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials for any transaction.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through coordinated betting patterns, multi-accounting, or any strategy designed to manipulate wagering requirements.
• Match-fixing and collusion: Attempting to fix, influence, or exploit insider knowledge of any sporting event or casino game offered on the platform.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, crawlers, or any automated system to interact with the platform without prior written authorisation from m71a8.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting pricing differences between m71a8 and other operators to guarantee profit regardless of outcome at a scale that harms platform integrity.
• Money laundering: Using m71a8 as a vehicle to process, layer, or integrate proceeds of criminal activity.
• Chargebacks and payment disputes: Initiating unwarranted chargebacks or payment disputes with your bKash, Nagad, or bank provider in bad faith after losses.
• Harassment and abuse: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct towards m71a8 staff or other platform users.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your m71a8 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, we will process any pending withdrawals of verified funds to your registered payment method and confirm account closure within 5 business days. Accounts with outstanding bonuses subject to active wagering requirements will have those bonuses forfeited upon closure.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by m71a8

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after request
• Evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements
• Account inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive months

In cases of account closure due to breach of Terms, m71a8 may withhold funds pending investigation. Where closure is initiated for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (e.g., regulatory changes), verified funds will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet placement activity has been recorded for a period of 24 consecutive months. After this period, m71a8 may charge a monthly inactivity administration fee of ৳200 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
